Using our new web site   Our new web site, www.srctennis.com provides many interactive features to help us serve you better by:         making it easier to research our calendar of events       download and print any enrollment or release forms       find and enroll in programs       find open court times, find an available lesson time       join “groups” that the club has established       and even find a new playing partner ….even when the clubhouse is closed!   To take advantage of these capabilities, and to protect your privacy, you will need to register on our site where you can control your personal preferences and the level of information you decide to share with us and maybe even other members.   You can register with as little as 3 fields of information (first name, last name, email address). However that will just add you to our email database, so we would appreciate you taking 2 to 3 minutes to look over the complete registration process.   Contact Information:      Name and email address You will be asked to provide your name and email address. Phone number is options, but we will not be able to look up your number of you do not include it.   Tennis Magazine and The Tennis Channel provide an informative free email newsletter. Please check the appropriate boxes if you would like to receive these.   Note: We respect your privacy. We never share your email address without your permission. You will not automatically be added to any email lists that you do not “opt-in”.   Terms of service Then you will be asked to accept the terms of service. This is a legal agreement that protects you, us, and the operators of our new web service.   Swim and Tennis, LLC is the company that owns the software used to create our web site. The terms of service protect the club, you, the Tennis Industry Association and the owners of the software and web hosting service.    Once you accept the terms of service, you will be able to complete your profile with as much or as little information as you care to provide.   Your profile and preferences (optional – but please review important details)   Finally, please review the tabs in your contact profile. All of the fields are optional, but there are some that we use internally that you must complete in order to use the advance features of our web site.           Contact Info: your address and phone numbers       Tennis Profile: complete this if you are a tennis player       Find-a-game: complete this if you are a tennis player and interested in using our system to search for new partners       Login details: complete this if you want to log in to our site to reserve courts or sign up for events       Join Groups: complete this to be notified specifically about programs of interest to you       Stringing preferences: complete this to save time when you have your racquet re-strung       Payments: coming soon.   Player Information:   Tennis Profile: Please complete this if you are a tennis player and wish to participate in our “Find-A-Game” search. NOTE: You will be able to restrict access to your profile on the next page (Find-A-Game).    Why do we ask for your date of birth? Our system uses age to determine eligibility requirements and to adhere to state laws regarding emails to minors.   The balance of the information is used by the Find-A-Game system and by our tennis office to help you find new playing partners at your level of experience and playing preferences.   Find-A-Game    Your Privacy Settings allow you to specify the criteria that you would like to apply to searches by other members.   Your Profile Sharing Restrictions allow you to choose what information you would like to share with other players (who meet your privacy settings)   Your Communications Settings (optional) allow you to share your other identity on other social interaction networks. Login Details   If you are planning to log in to our web site to enroll in programs, book a lesson, or reserve a court online, you must create a unique username and password.   If you do not do not complete the login page you will not be able to log back into our web site without first requesting a temporary username and password (that will be emailed to the address you used when you registered on page #1)   Once you have created a username and password, you may login to our web site in the upper right hand corner of the home page:    Once you log in, you will be able to change your profile at any time. Simply click the “My Profile” link to change any of your contact information:   Join Groups   Our club has set up a number of Interest Groups that we use to filter email, so that you will be notified of relevant messages (if you are not interested in the “Men’s Night” programs, you will not receive “Men’s Night emails).    Please indicate which Interest Groups you would like to join:   NOTE: Our groups may be different from the groups listed in this tutorial.
